Iāve been doing a lot of self-reflecting lately, and one thing I know for sure: life flows so much easier when you take responsibility for yourself. No excuses. No pointing fingers. Just looking in the mirror and saying, āOkay, I see where I went wrong and Iām going to fix it.ā
Thatās the real flex. Not pretending to be perfect but being grown enough to acknowledge whatās not working in your life and doing something about it.
For me, I can admit it š Iāve been working out, but I havenāt always been eating right, and I love a glass of wine (or three), but I know that too much of it slows my progress. Once I owned that, I felt lighter. I started making changes instead of complaining. And in just a short time, I already see the difference.
If you donāt like the way you look, change it.
If you donāt feel your best, figure out why and fix it.
If you know youāve been settling, stop pretending youāre okay with it.
We get stuck when we settle. When we sit too long in bad habits. When we act like things ājust happenā to us instead of realizing we have control.
⨠Acknowledge it.
⨠Fix it.
⨠Move forward.
Life is too short to be in denial about the things holding us back.
So this is your reminder today: be honest with yourself. No one else has to hear it but you. Say it out loud. Write it down. Then do the work. Thatās how you turn your life into something youāre proud of, not by talking, but by taking action.
Have a good day yāall. Iām omw to the gym š
Good Evening. I hope you are well. I just wanted to say you are lovely. Keep being inspiring and encouraging.
